  It is stipulated NOT to import pupils from other classrooms to increase class size. Sign language education requires much one-on-one, individual assistance. Excess of students puts the teacher (and the students) at a disadvantage. Class size to be determined by consultation.
• Lesson plans included determined by: Program selected / Grade level / Duration
  After assessment and consultation, all finalized Lesson Plan choices will be decided / approved by Principal, Administration, or designated Staff.
• It is requested that the Homeroom Teacher stay in classroom…
  To handle disciplinary or other issues. (i.e.: Traveling teachers are not always aware of bathroom rules, etc.) Teachers appreciate the free time–as participation or attention to material is not required.
• 48-hours Notice Required for Scheduling Changes …
  Due to school assembly, school holidays, events, teachers’ in-house or other foreseeable events.
  It is the responsibility of the client to inform SLEN schedule conflicts.
  SLEN also strives to give 48-hours notice to you (the client) of unavoidable scheduling changes.
  Notice in Writing or by Fax: Avoids misunderstandings and is appreciated
  If proper notice is NOT given, NO CREDIT approved for class-time missed.
  If proper notice IS given, FLEXIBILITY is our motto & class CAN be rescheduled.
• VIDEOTAPING Sign Language Educational Network classroom activity NOT permitted
